All pricing excludes GST. Our prices are a guideline and we reserve the right to change this due to the levels of soiling such as pet hair, vomit,
sand or anything else that takes extra time to remove and/or rectify.
All packages require a 25% deposit made in order to secure an appointment, except the express package. Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable if 48 hours notice is given for the cancellation. In the event of adverse weather, your deposit will be held until it can be rescheduled.
Every effort must be made to remove personal items from the vehicle prior to works commencing.
Our insurance dictates that we must only carry out the works at suitable locations. We will not work on main roads, public car parks
(unless written permission is given) or in any locations that risk our safety or the integrity of our equipment. Access to power and water is essential for us to carry out the works required, please keep this in mind when selecting a location for your booking. Thank you from the team at OTG!
